ORGANIC AGARICUS BLAZEI MURILL – ABM (ALMOND MUSHROOM)
Agaricus blazei murill (ABM), also known as almond mushroom, originates from the Brazilian rainforest. By now, the mushroom has come into large-scale cultivation due to its outstanding effects. As a vital mushroom it has a relatively young history. The fungus has only been acknowledged by established science for about 35 years. Since then, however, its ingredients have been the subject of intensive research. The National Cancer Center of Japan examined it scientifically and announced the results in 1980. Also in the USA, several scientific studies on this fungus have been published. Next to vitamins and minerals, Agaricus contains the highest polysaccharide content of all known vital mushrooms, first and foremost beta-D-glucan.
